Services
Horacio Jones provides live classical guitar performance services for private events, weddings, corporate functions, and related engagements. All services are subject to availability and written confirmation.
Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once the client receives written confirmation and any required deposit is paid. Remaining balances are typically due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Cancellations made by the client may result in forfeiture of the deposit, depending on how close to the event date the cancellation occurs. If Horacio Jones must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, etc.), all payments made will be refunded in full, and reasonable efforts will be made to assist in finding a replacement performer.
Event Details
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information (date, time, location, schedule). Changes to event details should be communicated as early as possible.
Equipment & Setup
Horacio Jones provides professional sound equipment suitable for most events. Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the performance area and a safe environment for equipment and performance.
Liability
Horacio Jones is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages, venue restrictions, or acts of God that affect performance.
Media
Unless otherwise agreed, Horacio Jones reserves the right to use photos, short video clips, or testimonials from events for promotional purposes.
